"Incredible opportunity to own a piece of property on Lake Michigan for an affordable price! The Lakeshore Condominiums are composed of approximately 100 units. The units are mainly 1 bedroom 1 bathrooms or 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The association has two heated pools and approximately 600 feet of lakefront property with access to the water. Units can be primary or second homes. There is also the opportunity to rent units or purchase to rent. There is currently a $300 per month association fee but it is well worth what is covered!"
"The place is beautiful but since we moved in people just stair at my family and me I find it rather rude and very disrespectful. Lovely condos and great pool areas.Also are people aloud to smoke by the pool areas and on their balconies , as I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Great place just some rude people."
"I may be jumping the gun on this one but I do not think I will regret doing so. I viewed the property leading up to appling for a one year lease with a partial view of Lake Michigan. Gated community with2 pools and private beach access. I do not think I went wrong on selecting this property as my new home since moving to Saint Joseph, Michigan."
