"I moved up here from Indiana last February to Westview Apartments. I have had nothing but great experiences with the property management company and my own unit. From the leasing process to simple maintenence calls, they have been absolutely wonderful!! They answer any questions and calls within a timely manner. The most important part is that they actually care about their tenants. Please make this your first choice for a place to call home. You will not be disappointed in your choice."

"I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes, from the worst to the best, and I can happily say Westview is one of the best. Laundry rooms are extremely easy to navigate, parking was a concern of mine but I have no problem finding a spot, and we have an incredible view of the lake. Vonda is very kind and any issues that may arise, I have no problem calling and receiving the help I need. The dog walk has bags and little trash cans to pick up after your dog. It feels like a well-oiled machine of an apartment complex. :)"

"If I could give - stars I would. The lady in the office is awful! She is snotty, rude, and acts like you’re a bother. Especially if she has to get off her personal calls to help you. She doesn’t not let you know when there will be nobody in the office, there is no backup person. We had maintenance issues and nobody answered the phone. They told us they had to shut our water off in the bathroom overnight because of a leak below us and they’d be back in the morning. They never showed. They never called. Nobody in the office. My husband had to take off work to be there to meet them because one of the maintenance guys is afraid of dogs and doesn’t want to enter the apartment if we aren’t there. So now we are stuck another night with no water and one of us has to miss work again for them to come out. Most ridiculous, unorganized staff. The only person there that has ever been nice to us is one maintenance guy, Tony, who is honest and friendly and even is nice to our dog. He unfortunately doesn’t work full time at this property. I even called the emergency line and nobody answered. We have only lived here for 6 months and would not ever recommend anyone coming here. They are overpriced for what you get. The view is not spectacular unless you live at the end of the back building, otherwise there is no view. The pool was closed for most of the summer for one reason or another. They post and send newsletters out about how proud they are of their community. What a joke! We cannot get out if here soon enough!"

"Since I moved in this place Maintenace has been in my apartment every month. I had a leak in the sink dripping into the cabinet and it took numerous times to get it fixed. The other things that need fixing was fixed like a kindergarten did it. I am not happy that when it rains it rains in my apartment and it seems no one can fix that, but my rent keeps going up. I am not happy every time maintenance does a job it is half done and he needs to come back and fix it. One thing I can say Brian never lied about fixing anything when he said he would. All I get the work half done and lied to. So, for all who say Juan is doing a great job it is hard to believe. We don't have maintenance we have handy men. Can we get Josh from the other complex he does a really good job at fixing what needs to be fixed. This is a nice investment that is going to the grounds because no one wants to spend money to make it better just wants to collect. All the kind words I ever said about maintenance I take it back. You need a crew who is willing to do the work for all the tenants not just for some. It's a shame the money we pay for rent. There are so many spiders on the building and around the doors. No one bother to upkeep this place they only worry about the lawn, and they don't water it. I have killed to brown recluse in my apartment. The laundry room in 2700 whenever you wash the floor floods that is not healthy. This place has a lot of issues that is being ignored. What happen to the customer safety no inspection is being done on the properties and you keep raising rent, for what you do not fix anything. Just patching up things. It is not your handyman fault spend some money to make this place better. No one should have to weatherize their windows in and apartment. Electric extremely expensive because the wind blows right in your home. Like in the summer the air conditioners are no good because of the windows. We all need new windows. I have pictures of the laundry room in 2700. The whole building needs a power wash to get rid of all these spiders this is crazy. Never see pest control and if they come, they only do the first floor. How can this be a good business? Something needs to be done about this place the tumbler on the locks don't work some of the doors don't close all the way this place is a jungle. This is crazy we pay our money and cannot get the service we need. I have had issues from the first day and no one can seem to fix it. Your handymen start fixing on something say they will be back then don't show up. I got a call stating hey I will be there Monday no show. I guess it is time to take further action because this is a joke this place should be shut down if you cannot keep up the maintenance. The laundry room the water backs up and it stinks really bad. I have pictures of everything from the time I moved in. My apartment was not painted and like I said nothing is being fixed not even patched up. I don't think anybody knows what they are doing. One thing I do know is they know how to collect rent. This place should be for dog owners only because it is not fair I have to listen to the people above me animals run over my head all day and night. Let management know nothing happened. This place sucks spiders all around the doors this place has no structure. Stop telling lies your goal is not to help the tenants just make your pocket fat."

"We toured the apartments today (1bed/1bath) and they look NOTHING like advertised. The lady in the front office was extremely rude and abrasive and lied about the apartment being renovated. As soon as we walked into the building it just smelled like weed and there was food just dumped onto the floor. Definitely not worth the cost."
