"Terrible warranty policy. I am being told that, because the chair was purchased for me as a gift, but I cannot honor the warranty. The original purchaser is the only one who can honor the warranty. Unfortunately, the relative that purchased this chair from you as a gift passed away. Upon explaining this to Hayworth, they told me there’s nothing they can do when the chair broke after two years in the 12 year warranty. I will never utilize this company again"

"Cool place if you are looking for some office furniture. If not furniture, they studio have lots of odds and ends that could be used for other things. Table tops, legs, fabric, etc... I like to go here and pick up stuff like screws and lights. They even had some monitor stand for desks."
