"Absolutely love Tara, she's an amazing stylist that knows exactly what I want her to do. She's a blonde expert for sure! Tara gets 5 stars! I would give a 5 star for this salon however they had a corporate lady come in during my appointment and killed the vibe immediately. She started reprimanding the stylists about random ridiculous things. She just wouldn't stop complaining about EVERYTHING. The mood changed with her presence. I felt the need to address her and tell her that leaders should be reprimanding in private, not in front of customers. Ulta needs to do a better job choosing their corporate staff. Education is important and should be done. Reprimanding, if needed, needs to be done in private. I hope your corporate team member (Emily) gets the training or reprimanding she needs."
"Caroline in the salon did an amazing job bleaching my hair! She took me from a red/brown to blonde in one session like magic. She took so much time and care while giving realistic expectation then totally exceeding them. Would definitely recommend!"
"This was setup completely different than the other Ulta stores! It has a different vibe but was actually easier to navigate. Selections were a bit different than other locations and some new items I hadn't seen before. Definitely worth going back to!"
