"Paid 12.00 for beads. Tried to exchange for a bigger size the owners son said no exchanges, mother says its OK to exchange. I now owe a 1.59 more they will not let me pay the difference on the same card that I used for previous purchase due to they have 5.00 minimum purchase on credit purchases. I am sure they do enough credit transactions monthly to offset they fee they incur considering I spent 4x their minimum purchase requirement 10 minutes prior."
"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They make their money by selling you bad hair and refusing to take it back. Don’t even know the difference between human hair and synthetic."
