"I’ve had great experiences with Caitie for nails and Kayla for hair. My daughter has also seen Caitie for nails and Mackenzie for hair. All 3 ladies did a wonderful job of listening to what we wanted, asked questions, and made sure we were comfortable. Caitie’s foot and leg massage was the best I’ve ever had in a pedicure and Kayla’s attention to detail did not go unnoticed. My 10 yr old daughter said Mackenzie was “nice and did a good job.” As a mom, she put me right at ease that my daughter was in good hands. Caitie was very sweet to my daughter as well, making sure she had fun and liked her nails. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"Was not at all happy about the pricing! As on the website it showed $50 for a wash and cut and $15 for eyebrow wax but when I got the bill it was $85 for Wash and Cut and $23 for an eyebrow wax. All very misleading. I shall not be coming back. As far as cut and trim eyebrows both were spot on, but still way over priced for both. Yikes!"

"I've had my hair highlighted and cut here a few times. This is my new go-to salon! I've loved the finished product every time I've visited. Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy, I am usually able to get in the same week that I call."

"I bought my mom a spa gift certificate for the Executive. It was $190. When I called, I asked to make sure it would not be anymore than this. She assured me it would remain the same unless she added on something, which they would tell her if there was additional cost. She has never had a facial, manicure or pedicure so I was so happy she was finally getting this spa treatment that she would have never bought for herself. I even sent her $40 cash to tip 20%. Turns out she really enjoyed it and everything was great, but she was charged $10. I couldnt figure out why. I looked back at their website and sure enough, they increased the price to $200. $10 is no big deal but when you want to give someone a gift you don’t want them to have to pay even a dime. I believe when you buy a gift certificate, you are buying what the original package says at that price and they are locked into that. I see that the website now says that they can increase the prices at any time and if they do and you buy a gift certificate, you have to pay the difference. It never said this before. I do not think this is a good practice. This has never happened anywhere else I’ve gone before when buying someone a gift certificate. I would have love to give a five star review, but buyers beware when buying gift certificates, I just don’t think this is right. Also, I see first time clients get $10 off, it would’ve been nice if they extended that courtesy to her considering they had an up charge on the gift certificate."
