"They had me get a new order from a local provider, delaying my MRI multiple months, and turns out they didn't even do 3D post processing without IV contrast. They shouldve told me this from beginning & now I need to travel to Cleveland Clinic again to get MRI."

"Had two MRIs, thoracic and lumbar. Staff was great. Signed TWO releases, listing three physicians besides ordering physician. One physician received one report from one MRI. Phoned to request again. Physicians phoned to request again. One physician received eight reports on thoracic MRI. I've done this job. It's not that difficult. So sitting in Dr's office FIVE WEEKS LATER, NO REPORTS!!!!!!!! ZERO continuity of care thanks to you. Nothing like extending suffering for your patients."

"As far as the actual facility and their staff goes, this place is great. Scheduling? Great. Have a question about your bill? Call the only number provided anywhere online for their company (turns out to be scheduling), be put on hold until they figure out who does their billing, and then be connected to Ascension Borgess billing department. Not ideal, but fine. Get a text message from a random company (Premier Radiology) directing you to a bogus-sounding website from 1992 to pay a balance for an unspecified charge that KNI, your insurance company, and Ascension have no clue who sent it or what it was for? Then call the number for Premier Radiology and be asked to provide your name, phone number, address, email address, birthdate, social security number, AND a copy of your driver's license or birth certificate (to a random stranger over the phone that never states which company they actually work for) in order to access "your" account? Nope. It took a conference call with them and my insurance company to find out KNI pays this pathetically inept third-party company to charge patients for test result readings that may or may not ever get sent to your insurance company (let alone send you an itemized paper bill) but they apparently will not hesitate to report you to a collection agency in a heartbeat if you don't pay. Wow. Thanks for the hours upon hours of wasted time, KNI! Glad to know how much more importantly you value getting patients in the door and getting paid than providing the rest of basic business services for your customers. I bet with an actual customer service and/or billing department you'd probably get better reviews! Maybe?"

"As a whole I love borgess health park in bc.. yesterday I had to call about a STAT CT SCAN. In which I never got a call back because the first time i called it wasn't ordered yet.. I call this morning the lady was rude I said this is supposed to be STAT she says well we got the order but.. ok lady what does STAT mean????!!!!!"
