"APPLIANCE NIGHTMARE! I Ordered commercial glass door refrigerator(appx.$3,000), first came in damage on BOTH sides of unit, then a week Later 2nd Unit, Glass Door SHATTERED, 2 weeks and they haven't refunded my money, say should ONLY be another week! Need a refrigerator, they have my money, and say might be a few day's for refund! I never RECEIVED, refused Damaged refrigerators both times. What the HELL kind of state of business is this GARBAGE! Manager Joe Hasn't returned my call, Kaitlyn says credit takes days? Funny it didn't when I paid for something NEVER RECEIVED. MISTAKE BUYING BIG TICKET APPLIANCE HERE"
"First time ever returning items here. Ridiculous store policies in regards to returns with tags when doing ongoing projects with no reciept when you're currently selling those items in your store!? I will shop at Menards. Get a better security system & background checks for your employees & stop taking it out on your cu$tomer$. You just logged my ID as a return when nothing was returned."
"Went there 5 29 24 to get staple gun. Asked for assistance. Female employee showed up and led me to area where guns were. But she did not tell me the max staple the gun uses is 12m and the staples I took were 16m which I now have to return. Not good."
"Perfect place to find your home improvements needs. Includes plumbing, electrical, kitchen, bathroom, wood, tools, and more. Staff is always willing to assist. I recommend signing up for and using the Pro account, it's free. Pro account will track your purchases making it very easy to return items instead of finding the receipt. Pro parking and checkout is a bit faster normally."
"I went into Home Depot to purchase a miter saw this evening. Firstly, I could not find anyone to help answer my questions. Finally, when I did find the sales associate, he didn’t know anything about the saws. He said he could read the leaflet and I explained that I wanted someone that had actually used the saws. He said he would guarantee me that not a soul in the store would have bought one or would know the benefits or pros/cons of the saw. I explained to him that I could read and I didn’t need someone to read for me and I thanked him for his help. The previous day, I needed paint and this location did not have the paint I needed. The sales associate in paint was nice, but said she did not know the difference between the paints I was looking to purchase. She directed me to the Grand Blanc location that had the paint I needed. The sales associates are nice and personable, but they need just a bit more help and training to be able to sell the products within the store. Last week, I came to this store to purchase carpet. I went to pay for the $35 for the carpet quote and measurement up front by customer service and the lady made us walk over into the return lane instead of helping us at the counter where she was previously assisting customers. She purposefully, in my opinion, made us move to another cash register to make it more of a painful customer service process. She could have moved and waited on us where she was located previously. We weren’t making a return. Three different visits and the same feeling plagued me each time. I would rather shop at Menards."
