"Just shy of 500 dollars for a hydraulic arm, about a foot long, that came without a pin for the linkage. I asked sales about transferring the old pin that was pressed in and was told service would take care of me. They did and 5 minutes later was all set....except they charged me another 29 dollars including money for consumables. There were no consumables I could see. The part is not even painted to match. It is grey instead of New Holland Blue. Definately looking for another dealer."

"Horrible parts department. If the part is defective. Your still going to pay for it. Even if you don't leave with defective part, your still going to pay for it."

"I like that they got rid of the young and inexperienced workers they had at the parts counter who had no clue what a bailer needle was LOL!!, now the have people who know what they're doing and are very helpful. Plus they have a very impressive farm and hardware store almost as big in size and variety as a tsc store which you don't normally see at a farm dealership."
