House of Botsford Apartments & Townhomes

"I'm sure at one point Botsford apartments were for the doctors, nurses, and staff of the hospital. At some point the Botsford apartments started ranting to anyone and the resident stay a month or two and the pictures below shows how they leave the building. There is a dumpster in the same parking lot and they leave garage in the door way.."

"I have lived here for around 16 months and the experience has been fair I recently had a confrontation with the apartment manager Greg we had a slight disagreement about parking and he asked me to refer to my lease but since I live month to month and pay the market rate I thought my lease was irrelevant. He was very disrespectful and condescending I had some financial opportunities recently due to Covid and had to get assistance with paying my rent. I asked him about resigning my lease he mentioned that I could resign the lease when I was current and I asked him if i was current and do I owe a balance and he explained to me that I was not current because my rent was paid by CERA regardless of how the rent was paid I thought I was current if there was no balance."

"The house of Botsford is a great Community to live in, having been a resident for 9 years now, I can honestly say this is a peaceful community with outstanding office staff (Greg) the maintenance crew is extremely professional in resolving any issues you may have in a timely manner. It's generally quiet and the common arras are well kept and so are the grounds. I'm gonna miss this place!"

"My lease is soon to end at the House of Botsford overall the location is great and is accessible to a lot of shopping and good school districts . I have had no issues or concerns regarding theft et. The overall quality of apartment is fair. My concern is with special need families, I would advise families with children or adults with disabilities to be aware of the barriers with neighbors. I would like to see more dialogue and literature regarding children and person(s) with disabilities being presented by management to new and current residents to bring attention to the changing needs of society and diverse family populations."

"Living here a few months now and I must say, thus far, this has been a true Blessing. I absolutely love everything about our place. Very quiet! Outstanding office staff (Greg), superior timely maintenance, grounds are maintained beautifully. Tons of space! Great neighbors! Clean common areas all the time! Overall just amazing! I'm in love with everything so far, my prayer is that it continues to be an awesome experience living here! My husband and I are Totally happy! The only thing on my wish list is chandelier or ceiling fan in dining area! And if only the entry way was tiled, I'd be in total heaven!"
