"Me, my fiancé and baby has been here at WoodSpring suites for a week and when I tell you Ms.Susan the general manager is the best. Very friendly, welcoming, and treats all of her guest as if they’re family. She has a beautiful spirit and does an amazing job with the hotel. It’s very clean, safe, and never the smell of smoke. Tv signal is always perfect including the internet. Literally I have no complaints. Just be aware of thin walls when booking for respect of others and that’s literally it. Will definitely be back on other occasions !!! Really confused as to why this place isn’t 5 stars ⭐️"

"This is the worst place I have ever stayed checked in on 2/23/23 extended my stay until the 26th because of the major power outage we had and got billed for the 27th. I did not stay the night of the 26th and got billed. I don’t recommend anyone stay at this hotel it was a complete nightmare, no Wi-Fi or tv all that weekend the staff was never around or helpful had to use the same towels all weekend what a complete ripoff I normally only book at the Marriott or Hilton gardens inn I will never book at a struggle hotel again in life. Zero star hotel worst experience ever"
"This is my first visit for a week , very clean, very organized & up front. Good secure doors, main door locks, can’t get in with out a room key. Everything looks new. Smells clean. Nice work out room. Nice bathroom. Kitchen stove top. Renovated newer style look. Hard wood flooring. Good staff. Love it and loved the weekly rate very fair and worth it."
"It’s a cheap, convenient place to stay for a while. You’ll have guests who don’t have consideration (and/or general awareness of the existence) of other people. You’ll experience booms and clanks, talking, stomping, and loud TVs from neighboring rooms. That’s not a reason for a bad review as you get that at every inexpensive hotel. Turn the fan/heater on, tune it out, and be happy you’re paying half the price of other hotels in the area. The hotel room is super clean and well equipped for a long term stay. Comfortable bed. Location is great and the front desk staff are very friendly."
