"The place is dirty, the carpet is filthy, they don't have breakfast or even coffee, but even if they had it I would not eat there, everything looks unsanitary. The staff is not professional at all, the wifi was not working and I called the front desk and she just said: "Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't" and she hung up"

"Place was beyond gross. I overlooked it due to the nightly rate and needed something close to visit family over the holiday. After about a week and a half I couldn’t stand staying there and ended up staying at a friends house. There was legit piles of trash and chicken bones and other crap strewn across the hallway and or left near the elevator. When you walked in you were hit with the smell of weed immediately. I took it all in because, it’s cheap. What REALLY incensed me was the fact I am still disputing their charges from the actual date of check out as I left early and they charged me the full two weeks stay. When I requested a receipt pookie or whoever was manning the front desk as a housekeeper wasn’t able to provide me one. I then called back and talked to a “manager” who said they would send it. Didn’t receive anything until Friday (which was my check out date) and they charged me the full stay. When I called to get clarification and speak to the same manager another person was extremely rude told me that they had left and I would just have to call back on Monday and I told them I would dispute it with my credit card company I was told “do whatever makes you feel better.” I will never. Ever. Ever. Stay at any of this brands hotels. I will sleep under an overpass or in my rental car before I stay here. Two months later, I’m still fighting this clown car for 150 bucks."

"First of all they are scamming my daughter who left on the 15th of this month... She has been living with me. The front desk and manager we're very unprofessional when I called them. First they said my daughter was there and then said her exboyfriend was seen by camera last night. My daughter is with me and her ex boyfriend is in Kentucky. They keep charging my daughter's credit card, my daughter tried calling them to let them know she was gone, and they hung up on her. Both the desk and manager were beyond unprofessional lying to me and hanging up on me. Update they took the charges off‼️‼️"

"Was just okay, First room the A/C didn't work then moved to another room that was okay. Tried to connect to WIFI and had to go down to the front desk to get the password as there was no phone in the room! Wi-fi was VERY SLOW if that is important to you. Takes a while just to load emails."

"No toilet paper. Beetle in bed when we pulled the covers back Fruit flies in room. Garbage disposal did not work (garbage in sink). No hot water pot. Dishwasher drawer was on the floor. Spotted floor in bathroom by toilet. Asked to switch room but was told no others were available."
