"I lived here for 10 years. Always great maintenance. Office staff always accommodating and kind! I love all the trials around this complex. Although not far from most major highways and shopping, this offers a “country” feel. Lots of grass and trees. Nice gym and pool. I had really good neighbors over the years. Was a nice experience! Thank you Green Hill!"
"It is very lovely, nice and roomy apartment. We spent 3 great years there. The only downside is being an old building. We loved the beautiful view from our apartment."
"I would give Green Hill Apartments 4 stars because of their spacious rooms, prompt response from the leasing office in case of any issues. Compared to other apartment complexes in Farmington Hills, Green Hill apartment is one among the oldest apartments which includes rooms with private entrance, rooms with 2 bath 2 bed or 1 bath 2 bed, rooms with and with out wash and dryer. So depending on the availability and your choice, we can select, charges vary slightly. Drawbacks are, not all rooms get a compulsory covered car parking, its first come first serve. For the whole apartment complex which spans in 1 mile, only one play area is provided."
"I moved in December 2015. I am a neat and clean person who takes care of his surroundings. When i have a service request i would inform the leasing office to have staff remove shoes at door. I did the same daily. When i was preparing to move out, i asked the leasing office if i could accompany him or her while performing walk through. I was told no. I know why. A month later i get a notice with a detail of charges for $90 for the 3 stains supposedly shown in the pictures. Its a scam. I did not heed previous reviews that said they scam you on the charges. Please look at these pictures before deciding to rent at this joke of a place. The inside of the building looks like the projects. Of course the model would not be in this building. Good luck if you decide to mess with these clowns."
