"I have lived at Lexington Manor for the past 7 years. I love it here. The community is safe, clean and friendly. The staff is quick to address any requests. The community is in a great location with tons of shopping, entertainment and restaurants within walking distance. The Onsite laundry and my spacious apartment is also a major plus. Im looking forward to warmer weather, they have a beautiful pool and playground which I enjoy often."
"*****Beware***** BEDBUGS !!! My apartment was loaded with bed bugs ! I suffered health issues as a result. The slumlord manager Maisey is horrible. I was billed $6500 for BB treatment which was their fault. STAY AWAY from this abominable apartment complex !!!"
"I have seen decorated war veterans assaulted in there and they actually let the violent assailant stay there. Also they have creepy people that live in there that just randomly record residents, which is a lease violation and management does nothing about these things. Also management will consider you guilty before innocent. If they get a complaint they automatically believe that person and will not contact you to ask your side of the story. They will believe lies before even making an attempt to get the truth. They also lie on lease violations which they hand out like candy on halloween. There is a reason I was told it was the most Ghetto place in Brighton"
"I've been living here for 8 months, and I love it. Super pet friendly! I also love the management here, always right on top of things. The maintenance team are also amazing, little wait when we have issues and if it's a major problem it gets fixed right away. My cats, husband, and I are very happy living here. ^-^"
"I lived in the last building for 5 years. Great place for the price!! I work in Ann Arbor and it's convenient to get onto 23 or 96. Walking distance to downtown Brighton was definitely a plus. I only had a few maintenance issues during the time I lived here and the staff was always quick to address them. My neighbors were always respectful and nice. Pet friendly, playground, pool, storage units available."
