Candlewood Suites Brighton, an IHG Hotel

"Decent stay at Candlewood suites. The worst part was the old bed, it was making sound often. My wife was waking up even if I move slightly. There was complimentary hot drinks and fruits but no breakfast. The room size was pretty good. I was able to use the kitchen. The kitchen is will equipped with the 3 types of pans, knife, microwave oven and a dishwasher. The room was pretty clean and the bathroom was well equipped with Dove handwash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash liquid. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would love to visit this place in our next visit too."

"1/25/24 - Update The hotel Sales Director has reached out to me and made it clear that there was a misunderstanding on their end. Thus far, continued communication has been professional and polite. I will update my review, but keep my experiences included throughout each step of the process for other consumers. 1/24/24 - Writing this is a bit of a bummer. I had contacted the hotel to see if they could accommodate rooms for our wedding later this year, and spent 45 minutes on hold before finally being able to speak with someone at the hotel. After speaking with a representative I was very unprofessionally roped into a random email with someone from the hotel's sales team. Then, I received an email that let us know the hotel would not be accommodating any of our business with zero reason or explanation on why. At this point I hadn't even properly spoken with anyone directly affiliated with the hotel's management via email or otherwise. I don't know if the hotel is mismanaged or not, but this experience gave us that impression. Wish I could expand further about the rooms and experience, but we never even got that far. My cautionary warning to others looking at this location for venues is to pick a different business or location unless you want to have your time wasted with no heads-up regarding your situation with zero professionalism and customer service."

"Okay, thank you Sam, Marciano, Jerry and Jasmine! If the line is long one or both of the managers will come to the front desk and help. Jerry is kind and caring intelligent thank you Jasmine does a great job our room was perfect and so was Jasmine, kind, respectful, very good at her job. The hotel is clean very clean, there is constant upkeep, cleaning, I was so happy to see everyone and everything going so well, not just for myself but for the staff. The kitchen was well equipped absolutely perfect. How many reviews can we write like this!!!!!"

"The woman at the desk was very unprofessional to an extreme. I have never in 62 years experience somebody so rude ever dealing with public. This woman claim to be acting manager, however, there is absolutely no way that she could fulfill that position. I am a business owner and I would be bankrupt. If I had somebody like her working for me she was absolutely A very disgusting person. I think she was having a power struggle with herself. I would never ever go back to that establishment again. I would’ve left that day. If I would’ve got my money back, there’s a matter fact, she told us to go find a different hotel, three different times however, I wouldn’t get my money back, I cannot believe they would keep her at the front desk. I immediately had a call into corporate, and they will be calling me back Monday morning. At that point she told me I would not be welcome back in that establishment ever again! Imagine that she did not want me to call corporate. It’s time if they at least train who’s ever at the front desk and had them look a little more cleanly than the girl did. She also wouldn’t give us her name, but when I told her it would show on the receipt she got got mad again, and told us to go somewhere else"

They were professional and genuinely friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcome. A special shoutout goes to the front desk team for their prompt and courteous assistance. Thank you to Sam and (Mankowic) I'm not sure if this is how you spell his name, but it always checked me out leaving during my stay. Comfortable Accommodations: The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail in the room's layout and amenities was impressive. The fully equipped kitchenette was a pleasant surprise, providing the convenience of a home away from home. Amenities: The hotel's amenities are top-notch. The fitness center was well-maintained, and the on-site convenience store proved a lifesaver. The accessible laundry facilities were a bonus for those on an extended stay. Location: Candlewood Suites in Brighton is conveniently located, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The central location makes it a perfect choice whether you're in town for business or leisure. COVID-19 Safety Measures: I appreciated the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and guest safety during these uncertain times.
