"Clean rooms. Decent breakfast/lounge area. Kids enjoyed the pool. Nice little snack store."

"I had a horrific experience at Hampton In . Please avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff refuses to be helpful at any chance, terrible customer service overall, and a complete lack of care. My experience was directly with Front Desk Manage Melissa Brown. On top of this one of the staff called me a racial slur. I am going to escalate this issue with corporate and potentially pursue legal action"

"All staff I met were courteous. The hotel was clean in all areas I went to. The room we had still was nice sized with room to move. Breakfast was average for a Hampton Inn, and the breakfast lady was super friendly. The pool was warm enough that I used it, and I'm not a fan of pools. The hot tub was hot! It's almost too hot, I can soak for a good long time, but not here; kids were avoiding it as well."

"I work for a news organization and travel periodically for work. I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I had no issues, the service was acceptable. On my second visit I was given a room on the first floor. The whole west end where the pool is located reeks of chlorine. My husband is a smoker and went outside three times during the evening. We did not complain about the pool and just checked out as usual. Upon returning home I checked my credit card statement and saw a pending charge. I called and spoke with Leannn Grostic who charged the card for smoking marijuana in the room. I do not smoke marijuana first and foremost and secondly there was absolutely no marijuana smoked in the room. When I was speaking with her it was approximately 10 to 12 hours later and she was claiming she could still smell it. This is ludicrous and she is by far the cockiest, unprofessional employee that I have ever run into in over thirty years. I asked for her regional manager’s number and she blatantly refused to give me the information. In addition, I found it a bit disconcerting that she laughed when I told her that my credit card was not going to pay those charges and told me oh yes it will, It already went through.’ Did that make her happy? The fact she completely disregarded what I had to say was unacceptable. If there is anyone out there that might have the regional manager’s contact information please leave it here"

"The most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. The room smelled of urine and feces, there were black handprints on the bathroom wall and all soap dispensers. Floors were filthy, carpet was sticky and there were visible fleas. I didn’t even make it to the beds. To make matters worse, they charged my account $283 which was not the rate, then charged $489 THREE TIMES after I left. I have disputed the charges, but that is fraud. I will be calling the health department tomorrow. Thank goodness there was another hotel with an available room close by. It was nicer, clean, and less expensive. When I called the hotel for the remainder of the credit for the ridiculous charges, Melissa, who said she was the manager, told me I was charged $183.84 for a “no show” fee even though I was there, room was uninhabitable, and no other rooms were available. Told me “too bad” when I said that was completely unfair. See attached for bill for walking into room for 2 minutes."
