"When I needed treatment I’d prefer nothing other than Sanford. The staff, the food, and everyone is great. Everyone not including Jordan. Jordan lacks empathy, he’s terrible at talking to people, and it’s really not cool that Sanford has this gentleman as its gatekeeper."
"Never called me back. Called me back after I left this post. However the spravato treatment center said that they didn't have my referral. It was sent to them twice. I called them more than 10 times and left messages.I don't think I will ever get in for the treatment."
"I can't say enough positive things about this place. From Detox, through the program at the house. This was my first time in treatment for addiction with no clue what to expect. The whole process feels safe, and you get comfortable with the process quickly. Staff all around were super kind and you just know they love what they do. The house was beautiful and the program was helpful and educational. Big shout out to Rod for keeping the show running and the house in order, and to Jimmy for nourishing our soul and making our weekends special."
"I'm 55 and this was my first ever inpatient rehab after being in active addiction for 35 years. I spent 30 days here and didn't want to leave! The facility and staff are beyond compare. The facility is very modern, the staff are steeped in CBT recovery techniques, and most group facilitators are well into their own recovery. Their continuum of care offers 5 levels of step down comprehensive care. They are also CARF accredited. I recommend Sanford without hesitation. They have literally given me my life back!"
"I fully believe Sanford saved my life. With addiction being my disease I was in rough shape when I arrived. I was scared but willing to go and do the work. The staff made detox as comfortable as possible and the transition to residential was smooth. From medical, therapeutic, group peer sessions, the wonderful nutritious food, and room settings I was put at ease and was able to focus on my recovery as they dealt with my insurance company and payment plans. Having phone access to call family, limited cell phone time, and twice a week "excursions" helped make the process feel less institutional. If you are seeking help for yourself or loved one I would highly recommend Sanford."
