I had some technical challenges which he resolved quickly with a smile behind his mask. He then jigged my order to enable it to be printed there and then. Exceptional service. Next, off to the service counter to return a item. Again, outstanding service by the young man there. Sorry I didn’t catch your name. He not only processed my return, but processed some new purchases meaning I missed the line up at the front. The staff are all working so hard and they are doing a great job. Congratulations boys.
