Lisa was very helpful with the booking process and explained everything well. Chris did our inspection and he was very pleasant to deal with and had an efficient and practical attitude. We did need to fix up a couple of small issues (able to do ourselves) and we considered that fair and reasonable. They were also quick and efficient to issue our compliance certificate. The roller trolley system is high quality. The unit is very simple and quick to operate. The blanket has extended the usage of our pool and compliments our pool heater - we have a very warm pool.
