“My kids have really enjoyed learning to swim here. The management are friendly and welcoming, and it is a smaller place that feels more intimate than some of the big pools. The pool itself is big enough and the class sizes are kept quite small, so the kids can get the attention they need. The seating around the pool can get quite busy at times, especially weekends but you can usually find somewhere to squeeze in to watch your child swim. Tuition is great, have seen big advances in the way my kids are swimming in terms of their stroke techniques. All in all I highly recommend this place.”

“James and his team did an excellent job tiling, remodelling and resurfacing our in-ground concrete pool. I observed a lot of great things - in attention to the materials being used, the suppliers they chose to work with, how they collaborated with other trades (pool equipment, landscaping), and the ideas they had to improve the result (such as cutting back the spa overflow, installing a step, replacing skimmer cover, lights, outlets etc). It was very evident that they really really cared about the outcome, and how happy we were. Communication was great all along. I found James through a referral. Looking online just now, they do keep a pretty low profile vs. some flashier suppliers. I'd just say don't be fooled by pretty websites. Like a lot of trades, often the best guys are the ones out there just crushing it and booked for months in advance and don't need it. I'm glad i found them.”

“Our pool pump died. We took it to a pool repair shop who advised we could get it repaired or replaced as the motor had blown, all at a cost to us. We then contacted Haywood, and were assisted by Andrew. Andrew went above and beyond for us, we provided relevant documentation that he had requested and he replaced our pump for us free of charge.
