After chatting over the phone I was presented with all options and based on my case I was suggested not to invest money in the repair but to get another coffee machine. That advise is perfect but I was impressed that the person actually gave right advise even where it affects his business. For me it's the top level of professionalism and customer service level, which is extremely rare on AU market. “Purchased a product at a Good Guys in Western Victoria that was faulty. I purchased the warranty. My warranty experience was absolutely terrible and took 11 months from first report to a resolution. And required my constant badgering to make sure the matter progressed, having received zero proactive contact from the warranty provider. In the interim I relocated to Frankston, whom once the warranty process was allocated to them it was resolved within one week. Ryan was a great assistance in what has been a stressful process and arranged for a store credit and swap/delivery of new/old appliance. So, The Good Guys Frankston were “the good guys” of the story. I will say for any people curious about warranties, if the warranty of the item you are purchasing is to be with Domestic & General, note that it is like getting blood from stone. I would only pay for the warranty if you acknowledge that you may have to work really hard to get them to live up to it. So, in short ‘TGGF’ 5 stars ‘Domestic & General 1 star’.”

“Professional team & quality product. I can't express how happy we (the whole family) are with both the team and the product quality. Our outdoor kitchen was installed last year (late August 2021) First of all, Candice, nice, knowledgeable and humble lady who has planned and designed our outdoor kitchen the way we wanted and guided us throughout the process. She was accomodating, easy to deal with and welcomed us every time we wanted to see her to discuss stuff. Secondly, Luke, the project manager, who has managed and planned our install without any issue. There were a couple of delays from our tiler to make the floor ready for the kitchen to be installed. However, Luke has accommodated us, kept in touch and re-scheduled the install date as per our requirement. Lastly, Nigel, the person who did the magic. honestly speaking, it's not easy to make me happy as I am very attention to detail and notice every bits and pieces but I can't praise Nigel enough for the perfection and the work he has done. Nigel and lime tree alfresco went beyond their way to make things perfect. Especially when the pattern for the 3 x drawers were not matching and they've reordered the material and replaced all three drawer faces without even asking for it. I give Candice, Luke & Nigel 5 out of 5 stars, that shows how satisfied I am with the team, the quality of the product and their services.”
