Hoft Farm Preserve

The farmhouse on the property has been renovated into the Hoft Farm Field Station, which overlooks Blackwater and Duarte's Ponds. The preserve is also involved in ecological restoration of sandplain grasslands, a globally rare community type. Visitors can access the preserve by car, bike, or taxi from the nearby ferry landings in Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven.
