"Me and wife were first time home buyers. We were a bit anxious going into this process based on some of the things we saw on the internet and heard from our friends. We spent quite some time researching on how to select an agent. Then we “interviewed” a select few and Rachel absolutely stood out from the pool with domain knowledge combined with a large dose of humor. Next onto actual house tours, she would send out a small list of potential candidates each week so that we could potentially tour these on weekends. And it did not take Rachel long to narrow down what we were looking for. I am the type of person with lots of questions and curiosities. A couple of times we still toured houses even though she knew that was not what I wanted. Every single step along the way, she was there and was extremely helpful.
