"This company is great with maintaining the grounds and snow removal! The snow removal was best I have ever had as a tenant and it was removed quickly. All maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and professionally. Dumpsters rarely overfilled. I took away one star because they would shut off our water for "emergency maintenance" about once a week. It was fairly often and very inconvenient."

They neglect to address parking violations by residents, creating hazardous driving conditions near their properties. Despite promising to resolve the issue, they fail to take any concrete actions."

"Capasso Realty is the best! I've lived here for over 4 years and it is the most well-managed building I've ever lived in. Management is excellent at facilitating communication and responding to any issues that may arise, plus they are always friendly and extremely professional. Not only is the location excellent, and the building well maintained (and newly renovated!), but the neighbors are all very friendly and it's an excellent family friendly place to live. I've rarely had any issues that maintenance would need to address, but for those that have come up, they were resolved promptly and professionally with no hassle to me whatsoever. Overall, I would say this is one of the best values in the area in terms of the reasonable rent and the excellent management and maintenance. I would recommend living here to everyone looking for a newly renovated building in an excellent location with superb management - you can't ask for more!"
