"Avoid at all cost. Awful experience with this company. The agent was terrible. Very clear they do not have the clients best interest as priority and just looking for a payout. Reached out to the owner about issues with the agent and he didn’t bother to respond. Obviously he doesn’t care about how clients are treated."

"Working with Betsy definitely put the “ow” in Davidow. She was at best confused and awkward, and at worst misleading and disrespectful. She repeatedly discouraged us from asking the landlord any questions - even basic ones like changing locks and understanding lease terms. After being accepted by the landlord and wanting to follow up on some details, she threatened that she “could have rented the apartment 16 times over” and that asking basic questions and seeing the apt one more time before signing was “sad” and “abnormal.” She also told the landlord not to bother replacing the carpet (which he had already decided to do) while we were signing the lease. Like why? We had already paid her broker fee, there was no incentive for her to give us a stained carpet. Another thing she said to us in front of the landlord was “sign here and then I’ll get rid of you forever.” She also gave us incorrect info on roof access, window replacement, and various other apt details. She essentially bait and switched us on dates, saying on the initial tour that certain things “would be replaced” - implying by the time we moved in, but apparently meaning 6+ months after. Terrible experience."
