"I am giving this review 5 stars only because 7 stars is not an option. I was in a tight spot and in dire need of a new realtor. The clock was ticking on a house that I just KNEW was the one. It hit the market on a Wednesday and an open house was the same day. I was going to be out of the state for the next four days so time was of the essence. I was referred to Dorian Barcus and he jumped right in! I went to the open house, but naturally and as any good realtor would, Dorian wanted to see the house for himself.
