"Reserved a room two months ago for the wrong date, called the next day to fix it only to find out on the date that it didn't get fixed and instead of resolving the situation, Juan decided to offer us the opportunity to pay for an additional night and when we didn't go for that scam, he hung up on us instead. Unless you're looking to rent by the hour; stay away from here."

"I've stayed at 39 hotels this year. 38 of them were decent or better. This is the only one I had a negative experience at. The hotel looks like it's best days are behind it. I think at one time it was a happening place as it's large in size. But it needs help now. And lots of it. I don't recommend using the elevator. Sometimes it would violently shake while going down. The last time it scared me so bad I used the stairs for the rest of my stay. The room I stayed in seemed dated, especially the carpet. The location is very sketchy. There is a mall nearby that looks like it was the anchor of this area, but it looks like it is a dying mall and everything around it is dying with it, including this hotel. The customer service is terrible. The guy checking me in would mumble at me. I don't think I understood half of what he said. And randomly they would put up a sign on the front desk saying the would be back soon with an apology for the inconvenience. Since my bill gets charged to my bosses card, I am required to get a print out of the bill at checkout. And since I had to leave at 4 AM to catch a flight, I didn't want to take a chance that no one would be at the desk at 4 AM when I check out. So at 8:30 PM the night before I went to the desk to ask for a printout of my bill. Low and behold the sign is up and people are waiting for someone to return. About 20 minutes later someone returns to the desk and checks in the people in front of me who had been waiting even longer than me (how much longer I don't know). I then asked for a print out of my bill and it doesn't have the last night on it. I ask if I can get a print out with the last night on it and I'm told the last night won't post to my bill until midnight. So I am writing this review knowing I have to leave at 4 AM and not knowing if someone will be available to print it out for me at 4 AM. I am so stressed about it I can't sleep. Again, this is the worst hotel experience I've had this year. 38 good ones... and this bad one. I'm pretty sure they know this hotel is dying. IMHO it probably won't be open a year from now. And I am pretty sure the employees know it. The literally don't care anymore."

"We found bed bugs!!! I can only theorize that it is because, This hotel has Street people staying there. Apparently they have some sort of deal with the local welfare office that pays for them to stay there for indefinite periods of time. We would not have even stayed the night if we had found the bugs when we got in but it was late and we went straight to bed. I found the first bug at 7am and immediately contacted the hotel manager. Her response was unconcerned and she refused to do anything about it except asked us if we wanted our room changed??? I was like no we're leaving. As we were leaving, we noticed people sleeping on the tables in the breakfast area. I will never ever stay at this hotel again and I would advise that nobody else does either"

"I am disappointed with my experience in this hotel. I made a booking through American Express app, used my points for a King-size bed room, non-wheelchair accessible but when we got there, the receptionist did not even inform me that the room I requested is not available! We just realized it right then and there that they gave us a queen-size bed when we entered the room. I just wish they were more honest and not misleading. Also, I want my points difference back. I messaged the manager and did not even respond. Bad service."

"It was an overall acceptable experience. Bed was comfortable, rooms were clean, most of breakfast was tasty (except the scrambled eggs, which was disappointing). The staff was also very pleasant. Bring your own water, water bottle are around $3."
