"Though this is a brand new location I was surprised to find that some of the items were out of stock and mispriced. So the customer service was phenomenal and when I asked for an item they were willing to go into the back stock and get it for me which I gave five stars for customer service. But to circle back a lot of the products were Miss marked and out of stock."
"Brockton family dollar on crescent Street hasn't had food stock for at least 3 weeks. Staff is told to tell customers they never know what is coming in on the trucks. Something fishy going on that they aren't telling us. The other stores don't have this problem. Are they closing? Behind in their bills?"
"They don’t give receipts!! I sent my 12 yo son to buy a pack of socks. We got three hours away to realize they left anti theft devices on them. I went back to have them removed and the manager kept the socks and wouldn’t take the anti theft devices off. Meanwhile I spent 10$ on them and they won’t return them. He was rude and on his phone the whole time I was trying to speak to him.ill never return or send my kids there."
"This store has really gone down hill. The store smells awful like something has died in the walls. It is not clean, and at my recent visit at the register where the candy display is it was covered in mouse droppings. Never will I shop here again. Totally disgusted. Employees obviously just don't care, don't understand how they can work around this and not do anything about it."
