"Went there Sunday 6/30/19 to do a return. The receipt had expired but we explained my wife had been in the hospital. We were told "The POLICY is No Merchansise credit" We had to buy other things THAT day . Then to top it off, we were not given a receipt. And, if any of the clothes we bought on Sunday had to be returned, no credit would be given for those either we would have a buy other clothes. No charge credit given to my Children's Place credit card, No Merchsndiae credit given. And the salesperson would not give us her name when we told them we were going to call their corporate office. STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other places to buy kid's clothes where they actually WANT to be be Customer Focused"

"I went to this store about two weeks ago with my two small children and as I was looking for items one of the sales woman came behind me sighed then proceeded to straighten up clothes as if she was aggravated. She didn't say hi ..how are you doing nothing. So apparently if you are having a bad day you shouldn't take that out on the customer. Then she went to go on the register because the lines was backing up and my son was jumping up and hit the sign next to the entrance and before I can tell him don't do that I hear her voice yelling from the register stop that. I told her politely that you don't have to say anything to my child and she looked dead at me and said Thank you as if she was doing me a favor. Just Rude as the come. I was so up set I left that store and will not be shopping at this location ever again. Now I'm sure at this type of place you see all types of children who come in there all the time running and jumping because I know I do and if she can't handle that FIND ANOTHER JOB!! I feel like that white woman was targeting me from the beginning. This is no way to treat customers. Please train that associate better. I wish I could have got her name and spoke to the manger. I was just so upset because I come to this location all the time because it is close and never experience that from the other associates. Later that week I went to the Dedham MA location and was treated much much better from the moment I walked in until I left."
