"Things were alright, not super pleased with the cleanliness, loud music or the lack of professionalism. What took the cake was when the place was pretty busy with a bunch of kids and families and they put a rap song that was all cuss words and really loud! I was going to complain. A couple of parents were upset and i am sure a few complained because they had to turn off the music and people started leaving. Will not recommend, better to go to jump zone in randolph or elsewhere where the place is professional, clean and plays kid friendly music not extremely loud like you are at a club. First and last time going there"

"The kids had a great time but there is a lot of room for additions and improvements which is a good thing… I was a little unhappy with two things… 1) All of the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty and we got there an hour after they opened. 2) They need to adopt wristbands for kids and parents so if they get separated no one can walk off with them like Chuck E Cheese had… You could also use a black light stamp. Update - Sep. 24, 2023 Since our first visit this place has gone completely downhill and has not improved it has gotten worse. The place is a literal lawsuit waiting to happen. 1) We arrived at the opening time and the games and pits were filthy… It was obvious nothing was cleaned or sanitized the night prior… A serious health hazard. 2) Some of the aluminum seats to sit in were broken and had the potential the injure a person. 3) Most of the games were not working properly and the machine to load money or your card was also not working. 4) The staff member at the top of the slide who is supposed to be monitoring the toddlers coming up and going down had his face BURIED in his phone. 5) The two girls at the front desk were SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and instead of helping customers with their issue or concerns one of them was talking about her personal issues that should not have been talked about in front of customers and their kids. I probably won’t be going back here."

"This is by far the WORST trampoline park I have ever been to. Rap music throwing out 'n words' and 'f bombs' constantly and full blast. Disgusting floors and pipes leaking rust ON TO THE MATS the kids actually play on. We went like 6 months after this place opened and it looks like it was unkempt for 2 years already. Staff was SO rude and literally cared about nothing. No thanks. Stay away."

"my sons new favorite place! great pricing, very spacious. the staff at the desk are always polite and helpful. it could be a bit more clean there’s often trash on the floor around the place, not enough trash cans for people to clean up after themselves. i will say, their customers should be more respectful and pick up after themselves and their children."
