She thought to take some blood tests that the ER didn’t, and when they came back she told him to check himself back in. The cardiovascular surgeon in the ER said if my dad waited to the next day, he wouldn’t be around anymore. Thank you, Dr. Cohen. Eternally grateful. My dad always talks about how great Jennifer is as well!"

"Over the years I’ve seen how CPC’s quality of services get worse and worse. They used to have really good Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, front desk staff. Now whenever I make an appointment, the schedule on their end gets messed up and they have to reschedule, or they Nurse Practitioners call back themselves saying not sure why I am scheduled at the time they are not in the office. In the past 2-3 years I’ve had 4 Nurse Practitioners because all the good ones have left. This place used to be a real pleasure to visit because I know they take good care of patients. Not anymore. Gotta switch to another practice soon I cannot stand this place for another visit."

"I am truly shocked to see the positive reviews here. I think Comprehensive Primary Care is the worst practice I have ever dealt with. I support an elderly patient with a terminal diagnosis and she has been failed and mistreated by the practice on multiple occasions. We have had to wait endlessly to speak with someone (often there are more than 17 callers in line before us), we have been hung up on when we've asked complicated questions, appointments have been cancelled at the last minute because they were scheduled when the doctor was not even in the office, test results have never been delivered or followed up on. It's just shockingly atrocious. The only piece they are efficient with is sending their bills. I can only think that those with positive experiences are in fairly good health because they clearly are delinquent in their ability to support the frail and very ill."

"I've been going to the practice after my last doctor closed his up. He transferred me here. I see Amanda Bridges and I appreciate her attentiveness and courteous manner. She is also very thorough with her diagnosis. The office is clean and the front office staff is just fine. I like that it's small. Parking is convenient. This is the first time in a long time that I've had a doctor that takes my insurance and does a good job. Comprehensive care has a online portal too that is pretty robust. A lot of offices, still don't. I really can't say anything bad about it. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 because this is just from my initial visits. I'm hoping this will be my primary for a long time."
