I could not get a hold of him by calling, texting or standing at his front door ringing his door bell for over an hour. He treats folks in a unprofessional way."

When you go to cancel your policy they refuse to do so even though they said they will and then will not answer phone calls or emails."

"I had horrible experience with Mauro Insurance Group. I chose this agency because it is just in my neighborhood, but they are the worst in keeping in touch with clients and making efforts to understand clients needs (I couldn't agree more with Sofi N.). I purchased auto insurance and wanted to add home insurance, but they hadn't sent me a quote until ONE YEAR later. Plus the quote they sent was way too expensive because they never bothered asking what I wanted. Also if you leave a message in their voice mail, good luck, you will hear from them a week later only if you are lucky. The worst part is that when you think that you've had it and want to end the relationship with them, they will make it very difficult, trying to know who your new agent is and sabotage your new policy. Mauro Insurance Group is a total shame on the insurance industry!"
