"My prescriptions were sent in at 1130 am prior to surgery. I went to the cvs at 1 to pick them up. They weren't ready and I was told they would be expedited. At 125 the pharmacist said she couldn't fill them until 230. I told her I just had surgery and was in pain it was also clear i had just had surgery. She didn't care and was more worried about her lunch. Totally unacceptable. Avoid this pharmacy."
"Six months ago I gave this CVS pharmacy a five star review. Apparently they have come under new management because the new pharmacist spends her time ignoring people while talking on the phone and the new manager is chaos. All the employees look frazzled, The shelves are a mess, the pharmacy is also chaotic. My wife spent several days trying to get them to answer the phone to fill her prescriptions (they wouldn't let her do it electronically) and I had to go in and force them. Then my wife received texts claiming her medications had not been available, which simply wasn't true. Very sketchy. "The best CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. Super helpful and caring staff. They have helped us navigate allergies to OTC drugs, rushed Rxs when we had pain issues. Efficient, knowledgeable and kind. A+""
"This CVS pharmacy is awful. They had my prescription from 9/29-10/13. They never answer the phone.The drive-through is never open and the lines are atrocious. I counted eight people in the pharmacy yet one person working on pickup and one on drop-off. It was unbelievable I was in line an hour. YEAH isn’t a NO go for me. if I could give them no stars or negative stars I definitely would. It’s that Bad"
"Do NOT use this Pharmacy! They used to be good but now they are awful. They don’t answer the phones, don’t open the drive-thru, and if you go into the store to get your prescription, be prepared to wait a while as seen in photo."
"Like most CVS, incredibly understaffed. Ordered medicines 3 days ago that never got filled. Drive through and and phones are off. Workers saying the app is lying meds are ready for pickup but they are days behind filling prescriptions. Would’ve been nice to know before driving there. By now I’ve had my surgery and am days into needing my medicine, no calls or warnings it would’ve been late. I’ve transferred to another place."
