"I have had a GREAT experience with my transition here at Kendall Ridge. The assistant property manager Mr. Jean was a pleasure when we first arrived for a tour. We did not have an appointment, but he made the time to accommodate us to see an apartment, even though he had 2 scheduled tours in about 30mins or so from our arrival time. We were not rushed and he made us feel right at home. The maintenance team (June & Pierre) have been very professional and addressed the minor repairs to our apartment in a timely fashion and the other team member Carlos does a good job with the maintenance of the property grounds. All of our concerns and questions about the property were addressed in a respectful and swift manner; that is hard to come by nowadays. The property team Jean, Kosal and Sophie have gone above and beyond to make my family and I feel valued in this community. We do not have any regrets with moving to this property and love that the Legend Property team works hard on bringing the Elms residents together with various community activities. "We have enjoyed the view, the apartment, and the property team over the past 6 years. Even during major upgrades like new siding and windows the staff was communicative and the upgrades are lovely. We have had a few little issues over the years, yet nothing horrible and nothing that would make us want to leave."
