"I have been coming to this place for years and I am a HiltonHonors member and a HH credit card holder, but I have never been treated as disrespectfully as I was treated on the third night of our 3 night stay (12/29/2023). After waiting at the front desk for sometime to ask for fresh towels after two nights ( and others behind me waiting as well), we asked a few “hello? Hello?” Trying to get someone’s attention from the back office. After a few “hello, anyone there?” A middle aged woman walked out and stared at me with a clearly upset and disgusted look on her face, and told me “I am dealing with other customers’ issues back there” and then stared angrily at me again to say, “how can I help you?” I replied, “may I have a fresh set of towels please for room 311?” She stared at me for a moment and then walked back to get a set of towels to hand them to me. I said, “thank you” with a smile and walked away. If there ever was a look that can kill, she put it on full display tonight. I have never been this angry inside but kept my composure. She was then very pleasant to the gentleman behind me. I don’t want to make this a racial thing but it was hard not to think that way (she and the gentleman after me were of the same ethnic background). She clearly had a distain for me and I was not clearly welcomed in this hotel. It’s a major disappointment for me as a Hilton customer and loyal customer to this establishment for the past 15 years since we moved away from my family here in Columbia. We will not be staying here again and I question Hilton’s overall quality control and internal management process to make the company an elite global company. It has lost it in my mind, and it’s truly a shame."

"First off, everyone working there that we interacted with at the front desk was kind and polite, so I have give credit where credit is due. As far as the hotel itself, it needs some TLC. - The hot tube was broken and colder than the pool - Trim in the hallway right outside of our door fell off the wall - Elevator, hallway, and our bathroom smelled like wacky tabbacy, the devil's lettuce, or the last dance with Mary Jane. They did come and clean our bathroom at our request, but we were punched in the face with the smell as soon as we walked in the room as well as other areas of the hotel, I cannot believe the staff didn't notice this before us bringing it to their attention"

"Do after traveling back home and breaking down on the interstate we needed to rest and wait until the am to get the car fixed. This was a spur of the moment stay and this is my honest opinion. The lady that greeted us was pleasant, patient and pointed us to near by restaurants. The breakfast is 12.95 I declined as we are not breakfast people . We did stay at Embassy suites this weekend and they have free breakfast made to order omelets etc. So I was shocked about the breakfast fee .they did have a menu for food at the bar but it was closed by the time we arrived there were some very yummy choices. Now the rooms are old old but as you come in they are posted renovations are coming so that let me to believe this room was not new . Upon coming in our room I noticed dirty carpet , curtains etc but like I said it’s just a night the bed was comfy there was no smell or noise issues. So with that being said I do think they need to lower the price until renovations are complete. We didn’t look around too much but we did walk at night to get items from the gas station which is very lit and safe and clean . The area is very nice. Night"

"Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn while traveling to Annapolis...the rooms in & around Annapolis were $350-375 per night and opted to stay 25 miles out as the rooms were $130 during the peak travel period. Other than the non-working room refrigerator, everything was great. They also have an indoor pool & workout area for those interested. They also offer a really nice breakfast buffet and made to order items for $12.95. Will definitely stay here again."

"Not bad. The rooms are nice and accommodating. It does have the hotel smell, but it doesn't have my sinuses a wreck like moat other do. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would say it's a little over priced."
