"I recently had my lawn mower serviced because it wouldn't start. The repair shop made recommendations of additional replacements items such as a tire, belt, oil change, etc. If I didn't go along with the recommendations, then my repair was going to the back of the line. I went with the repairs/recommendations and still my mower was heldup because now the shop had to order the part which they recommended. They ran my bill up."
