"I would like to give this store a good review as I love LOFT clothes and this is a generally nice store, however unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I came in to return some clothes outside of the return window for store credit, and unfortunately, as they were now considered final sale, they couldn’t be returned. I understood and was fine with that (although disappointed), and continued shopping in the store. After I tried on clothes and exited the fitting room, I heard and saw two employees talking badly about me and how all of the clothes I tried to return were final sale (I don’t see the problem with this as I didn’t know they were final sale, but apparently to them it was ridiculous). No apology, even though they saw me walk up when they were talking. Overall, the staff at this location have never been particularly friendly, but this was much worse than I’ve experienced before and makes not want to come back to this location. Very disappointed in this location and LOFT."
"I came here for the first time to get a refund for a sweater because when I got the sweater in the mail it appeared worn/washed. I was upset because I was considering to keep that one. The lady in the store that helped me was returning my other items and she saw that the sensor on the sweater was removed so she told me we can’t take this back because the sensor is gone. I kept telling her I received it just like that and I never wore it nor washed it. She didn’t care she just kept telling me strictly that she can’t take it back. No smile or apology just a cold attitude and poor customer service. She was assuming that I damaged it or “stole it”. Thankfully, I went to another location and they returned it to me with much better service and apologized for the damaged item. I hope this wasn’t the reason but I felt like I was being discriminated against for my race."
