"I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I am new to the area and now understand why my neighbors warned me NOT to visit the mall. I placed my order online for an in-store pickup. I received an email stating that my order would be ready shortly. I never received an email or a call. The next day 30mins after the store opened, I called (because no one contacted me) to inquire about my order from the previous day. The sales associate put me on hold to see if it would be possible to fill my order. I was utterly shocked at the "possibility" because my credit card had been charged. After waiting on hold for an extended time, I was asked what time I needed the order. I told the sales associate that I would be there by 12:30, would one hour suffice. I was assured that my order would be ready. I packed my infant child and arrived at the location at 12:25. After struggling to maneuver my infant's stroller around a store that mirrored a warzone (crates upside down, trash bags, and merchandise scattered about the floor), I inquired about my order. The sales associate went to the back of the store and returned less than one minute later. "We don't have any of the items you ordered." I questioned why didn't anyone call me. She shrugged her shoulder. I asked to speak to the supervisor (Brenda), and she never came to the floor. I will NEVER patronize this location or Children's Place again. I typically drive 30mi away to shop, but I wanted to start investing my money into the community I now reside in. My experience with the staff sadly reiterates why I'd rather inconvenience myself and drive a distance rather than shop in particular zip codes."

"Very friendly staff. I was greeted by several employees. Unfortunately the store is very small and difficult to maneuver a stroller through the few aisle. With Covid19 restrictions, the store capacity should be 10 but I counted around 14 ppl in at once. I wouldn't shop here in the evenings it just seems the store can crowded very fast but in the morning it would be ok."

"Soooo, this is my 1st time placing an order with Children's Place. I am a 1st time mommy, with a 3 month old son. I placed an order and was excited that they gave me a $10 off coupon to use on that order. That was on Saturday and today's Tuesday. My payment hasn't been processed nor have my items been sent. So, I decided to cancel my order, but when I called, they told me all they could do was submit a request and that would rake 24 to 48 hours!! I'm frustrated and confused. If my order hasn't been sent out or processed why can't it be cancelled?? I definitely won't be ordering with them again. Signed, A Disappointed Mother"
