"Pros: parking in a garage, secure package area, nice staff, spacious units, never seen any rodents Cons: the ceiling is such an eyesore so please do an in person tour not just virtual, TERRIBLE sewage issue in my unit that never got fixed. I’d be gone for days and come back to a place that smelt like #2 all through the place. The sewage smell was even in the washing machine and transferred to my clothes. The residents are disgusting like I’ve seen dog poop in the hallway multiple times. Also, they let their dogs jump on you. The ENTIRE 5th floor (that you have to pay extra to park on) smells sooo bad like dog feces and urine due to the pet section they have jammed in the corner. The smell also comes down to the 4th floor. They over sell the secure parking floors (4 & 5) that cost almost an additional $200 so if you’re able to catch a parking spot you’re lucky. Also, like the other reviews said, expect your rent to increase significantly"

"1. They overcharged me for moving out expenses. Tired multiple times through email and phone. There was no resolution. The customer service team assured me that they would look into the details and get back to me, but unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication. 2. There were persistent issues with water leakage in both the kitchen and the bedroom closet. Although maintenance personnel were sent on two separate occasions, they were unable to identify the root cause and only performed superficial dehumidification measures. As a result, both the bedroom and the carpet have visible mold stains and emit a noticeable moldy odor, making the living conditions quite unpleasant and it is impossible to store anything near the closet without the risk of damage."

"Not sure if it’s due to the new management, but things have changed recently. The rent has been increased but basics amenities offered are restricted/not available - - You can’t collect your parcels if you get home from work after 5/6pm. - The penthouse is restricted at night, you essentially get kicked out if you’re working there after 10. - The coffee machine is only available during “working hours”, which means for a lot of the residents in the building it’s not useful, it’s not even on for the weekend. - The water dispenser in the gym is always broken. - Parking is expensive, but you aren’t guaranteed a spot in the “residents” section."

"My partner and I have reached out to the property multiple times. They overcharged us for our moving expenses and when we got in contact with greystars billing they were able to see that and said that the property would need to fix something on their end. We never received a new billing statement with the breakdown of the new charges or our refund. Every time we call they say they will get back to us and never reach out. We moved out in May and have yet to have a resolution to this matter."
