"The team lead by Jonna at 101 Cross Street are true professionals, extremely personable, and really care about the residents and building experience. This is a true 5 star rating. Jonna wears many hats as a Property Manager and exceeds in each area. Her communication, attention to detail, and execution is impressive to see. I work remote and thus am in the building all day, and their door is always open, and someone is always there for us. Jonna truly listens to her residents and is proactive in making changes as needed. In my time here we have gotten many upgrades, everything from a Peloton bike added to the gym, new pool que tips, a new mailroom, repainting of hallways, carpets refurbished, making guest parking larger and easier to reserve. Jonna thank you for everything you do for us! Starting with the move in, Kristen was awesome showing me my options, helping me through the application and getting me moved in in record time. She went above and beyond to reserve the elevator for my move in date as well. The unit was pristine condition, and I appreciated the welcome note she left me :) Since then Kristen has lead many many events in the building (always with great food, drink and decorations), and is always there answering my questions or concerns. We have a monthly calendar, and she makes the resident experience great! Thank you Kristen for everything! The building manager TJ leads by example. Many times I would see him fixing or cleaning something by himself, while he could has easily waited to hand the work off. The assistant manager Chris is an all star, who is very patient, very kind, and most important his work and knowledge of the building is A+. When I needed little things done, he was super helpful (fixing my blinds, touching up my door with paint, replacing a light bulb, and adjusting my water temperature to my specific preference.) I truly appreciative their service. Thank you TJ and Chris! Stacey who is also part of the management team with Jonna and Kristen is one of the kindest and caring people I have ever met. She helped me choose a reserved parking spot, answered my questions or concerns, and made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable in the building. She exemplifies the meaning of customer service and warmth. Thank you Stacey! Lastly the cleaning crew are very hard working and keep the building in top shape. I thank them for their nonstop work. This building is awesome. You have the stadiums .5 miles from you, a beautiful pool and impressive courtyard, a huge parking garage, Can be on 95 in less than 5 minutes, and are in the heart of Fed Hill. Ary Manzhukh"

"My partner and I had an amazing touring experience with Stacey, the assistant property manager. She was very thorough and gave us a full experience of 101 cross street. She answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home. She even kept my plant babies in mind during the tour which I really appreciated. "I've been at 101 Cross Street for 4 months and the facility is fantastic. The garage parking is super sweet, the amenities are many, and the place is very well maintained. The staff as a whole does an excellent job servicing their customers. The office staff is friendly and very accommodating. The maintenance staff is very reactive to the resident needs and will go out of their way to assist with concerns. When you walk into the building it is extremely presentable and it feels good to know you call it home."
