"Room completely overpriced. Walked in and there were three ladies working the front desk. Only ONE of them were able to complete a full check out. Every minute she had to stop and assist one of the other girls. After 10 minutes of waiting to be checked in, we received our room keys. I reserved a king and they only had a queen available. Third floor, looking for our room. After process of elimination we found our room bc the placard with the number had been ripped off. Barely stepped foot in the door to a dirty room. It looked like a party had been had. Back downstairs to wait an additional 25 minutes for another room. Passed off from one girl to the next until we were assisted by the original one that could fully process us. Re-issued a room on the 5th floor. We barely stepped out of the elevator until we were slammed with a rancid smell. Cat piss permeated the floor. Although the room was upgraded to a suite, it was still a queen but completely rundown. The next morning we looked to find coffee at the lobby, gentleman manning the desk was asleep and there was no coffee. Just dry pastries. Coffee in the room was tar. The ac unit didn’t work. We checked out at 630am. I have never wanted to be out of a place so badly and quickly. The only benefit to this hotel was the location to the venue. I would walk additional blocks next time before I pay for a $300 room here."

"Very comfortable bed and pillows!! Great night sleep! The room was also clean, and very good overall for the price. The main complaints, which brought it down to a 4 star rating, include: Ran out of coffee at breakfast, ran out of towels in the gym, the treadmills are a bit bumpy, the the bathroom tub didn't drain well, and they didn't give us shampoo. But other than the small issues, it's a great room, great price, and great location. We would recommend it!"

"This hotel is a joke. We checked in at 6:00pm and the desk attendant was trying to put a room for us side by side. Well the first room was filled with carpenter stuff and dirt on 7th floor. Then the next room he tried to give us on the 4th floor had towels thrown all over and dirt. The third room the had fingernails and pills on floor and the sink did not work. The fourth room on the third floor smelled like someone urinated on the carpet. We had to leave at 11:15 at night and find a hotel. A new guy was at the desk and was clueless. Gave me the name of Petra to call in the morning for a refund. This place should be condemned! I wished we had pictures"

"Hallways were very dirty: for the duration of my stay, 4-6 piles of dirty linens were sitting outside of empty rooms down the length of the hallway. Had to navigate around them along with spilled hotel-supplied toiletries and some trash in the hallways. Hallways were poorly lit and had an unclean odor. Room: Upon entering smelled of pot. Shower was very slow to drain. The toilet lever had to be held down for an extended time for it to flush properly. All tables and surfaces, including the remote, were sticky or visibly dirty. TVs are out of date and don't have any streaming options like most hotels have. No alarm clock in room. Air conditioner: Very difficult to maintain an appropriate temperature in the room. Ended up tossing and turning until 3am due to the room being too hot. Breakfast: Extremely disappointing. Bare minimum setup of packaged pastries with nowhere to eat them. Would not recommend and will not be returning."

"Check in was easy and friendly staff. Our room had a weird smell when we first entered but it went away. There were stains on the carpet and furniture like chairs. The bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Overall I would probably stay again if I was going to the nearby arena."
