"Hyunn was amazing. I ate across the street and was eyeing up the salon after my friend had gave me an incredibly botched bleached hair dye and cut situation. I was heartbroken because I am about to have a baby which comes with maternity pictures and monumental moments that I didn’t want my atrocious hair ruining. I am 25 years old & I had never been to a salon before, but I stopped in on a Tuesday to check it out. I was afraid of damaging my hair anymore, but Hyunn expressed to me that she could figure out a way to correct the color without causing the damage I was afraid of. We made an appointment for that Friday & Hyunn worked her magic. I was nervous, but trusted the process. I have never been more confident and so obsessed with my reflection! The color and length is perfect. She worked on my hair from 11:30 am - 6 pm, but she had her hands full & was a serious miracle worker. I cannot thank her enough! Totally recommend this place and Hyunn for saving my hair."

"A small salon where the dollar is King, and the customer is not valued. Been a long-time customer and don't like your service? Too bad. You won't get called back. You will have to call again and then, even though you have photos, you will be told to come in. You’ll make time in your schedule AFTER you’ve had another stylist cut your hair because you completely can’t stand it. You will arrive only to be THEN told that they don’t give refunds at Salon Gio-RipOff ThinlyPlatedTin. Our stylist, who you’ve been going to for years, will NOT be concerned NOR will she apologize for the more than $100 perm that has done nothing to your wavy hair. Instead- she will tell the owner (who you’ve never set eyes on before) that you said you didn’t want it that curly. And your head will spin. Then they will both blame the issue and anything else you bring up on YOU with mind-bending statements that aren’t even logical. Like, you should have had your hair cut there that day. Why? You don’t like the stylist’s cuts and if you had a perm that curled your hair versus KINKED it, you wouldn’t need it. Neither of them will address that perhaps you’ve been given a very anemic body wave- but that it is NOT a perm. The customer is clearly not always, if ever, right in this “salon.” They try to throw you a crumb of $50 in future services. Why would you come back for future services when they haven’t made this one right? You will come away knowing that they had their mind made up from the start. They never intended to really help you. In fact, you have now been accused. Ethics? none. Going back? never. Please, don't waste your time. Karma is real @Giovanna Platinum and a stylist who’s first name begins with M."
