It offers a modern aesthetic that is extremely comfortable and soothing after a stressful day. The staff is pleasant and adheres graciously to appointment times, and if running slightly behind you're informed and not left waiting and wondering what happened. The nail techs are knowledgeable and the prices are commensurate with above-average industry standards. I highly recommend it."

"Very professional and super cute set up. Love the convenience of parking validation and easy appointment scheduling. I was drawn to this style on their Instagram and they were able to replicate the dip design with gel on natural nails. First 2 pics are day of, 3rd is 12 days later! Looks basically brand new. They are still masking so please be respectful of that. Great experience and 100% recommend"

"I came to Topcoat looking to get my nails done for the summer, and I was honestly blown away by the experience! I love that they're a small, family founded business local to the Baltimore area. But I also love the emphasis they place on using non-toxic products and keeping their clients (and workers) safe! The salon was clean, booking the appointment was easy. Thanh, my nail tech, was so patient with me in my indecision and helped me figure out what design to do- we settled on this geometric design that feels and looks clean. Would recommend this nail salon to anyone in the Baltimore area!"

"Amy squeezed me in for a spur of the moment appointment. I passed by on my way to the dry cleaners, and it reminded me that I had this place on my list to try. I rushed over to see if they had an open. She said she could see me immediately after leaving my errand. She was super accommodating with my requests for a light, neat, and natural looking manicure for a commercial shoot. The place was clean and welcoming. Will try them again for a pedicure, Lord wiling in the future."

"love love love this place! This would be my second visit. It is by appointment only which is great, because I don’t like wasting time. When I came in they greeted me and checked me in and guided me to find a color and had me take a seat while they got my table ready. They do have a mask policy which I don’t mind. I get gel-x on my nails. I usually come in with a design inspo I’d like and they haven’t disappointed me yet!! Other places I’ve gone would only have 1-2 really good techs and sometimes they’d get busy. But here, so far anyone I’ve had has been amazing so I don’t get anxious booking with anyone available. Everyone is so nice and I always feel welcomed. My nails usually lasts me about 3-4 weeks. Since I get them so long and they grow quick. I switched from acrylics to gel-x for healthier nails and I’m never going back to acrylics. Topcoat you have a new loyal customer!! The first picture was my first visit and the second in my latest."
