"Kim is hands down the best nail tech I have ever had. Her attention to detail is impeccable. I had never been able to grow my natural nails as long as I have before consistently going to Kim. I always have a great time getting my nails done by Kim. We both get excited about how the chrome colors will look and I always leave with a smile!"

"I really loved the space, it was very clean and there was plenty of lovely staff. Unfortunately I got my mani on Saturday my gel started chipping by Monday. It was also a bit messy (bits on the skin) but the gentleman who did my nails was so sweet that I didn’t say anything. The color I chose was kind of transparent, which I didn’t realize until after, so you can see the tips of the nails through."

"This was my second visit and both the customer experience and service were disappointing. During my first visit the technician gave me a wonderful dip manicure that lasted as expected so I was excited to book a gel pedicure appointment for June 2nd. Hai Mai didn't ask before cutting back nail length, barely pushed back or trimmed overgrown cuticles, didn't invest time massaging or applying pressure and didn't let the gel cure fully in between coats. He basically rushed the appointment and I could tell then that the gel was likely going to lift so it was no surprise to find the pinky nails bare by the end of the first week. Before the end of 10 days, I had lost 90% off all the polish before there was even any grow out visible. I requested a re-do and they told me to come in for a touch up. When I came in on Sunday, the soonest I was available, they told me there is nothing they can do since almost all had peeled off...duh that's the whole problem! Anyways, I heard Hai Mai is the "main guy" - Yikes!"

"I got one of the best manicures I’ve ever had in January. It was excellent. However when I got the gel removed in February, the tech sanded my nails down to paper thin nails, and two and a half months later, my nails still haven’t recovered. During the process, it hurt a lot but he kept insisting he was almost done. I don’t get a lot of manicures so I thought maybe this was normal but since have learned it absolutely isn’t. In the pictures (taken several weeks apart to show difference between damage and grow out) you can see how the top of the nail is bumpy and thin. For the last few months, my nails have been so weak I haven’t been able to do almost anything without them ripping of breaking. Like anything. They’re too weak to peel a sticker off produce. This was such a bummer because the manicure itself was so nice but because of the removal, I don’t think I’ll be back"
