Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I had an absolutely horrible time here. I placed an order for 3 soft shell tacos and chips and queso on the app. When I went to pick up my order, I was told there were no soft shell taco shells so I said hard was fine. Then another employee told me they did have hard shell either and I said a big tortilla was fine. I got handed half my order and still had to ask for the chips and queso. I got home and opened up my bag to see that everything had been given to me as a side item, with no tortilla. I do not recommend this location. Update: for some reason I decided to give this place a second chance and yet again they messed up my order impressively badly. I will not be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would. I currently work in fast food and I can confidently say I have never messed up an order as bad as this place has."

"Great place to visit. Was late in the evening for a quick dinner grab. Food was absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly. Personally, I am on a temporary dietary restriction (no chew) and was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't much available that I could not eat. The portions was well worth the price. Can't wait to go back."

"I placed an order online and had issues with both the fund raiser code and the payment but got a confirmation. When I arrived ontime to pick up they just told me it was in the works ok fine. The 20 minutes after promise time I inquired and they said they did not have any such order. . So we reordered anticipating they would get to it 45 minutes later after asking to see the manager my order showed up. The place is a total mess. No one cleaning either the tables or the floors. There was food everywhere. I can only imagine how the actual kitchen looks. Then I asked to speak to the Manager and she just brushed me off. Poor management poor customer service."

"Every time I come in here it’s an absolute mess. Food is all over the counter, they are just smearing it around with your bowls or foil. The food is always almost out so you’re getting scraps & when you ask for a full scoop of something you’re met with a scowl. This was taken on Sunday afternoon, Aug 27th at 1:20pm. It was a mess. Line out the door, no food prepared, all the chips were gone and they were making a mess sloppily pouring vinaigrette into cups by the chips and it was everywhere not in the fridge. It’s like this every time on the weekends. Management has to do better with keeping a clean establishment."

"Ordered dinner tonight after a long day of work. Ordered a kids meal for my son, didn’t receive the rice for it nor the right drink. They sent a warm milk instead of the juice that was on the receipt. My husband had a avocado rind with the sticker attached to it mixed into his Burrito and didn’t send dressing for my salad. Not to mention this is probably the tenth time they messed up our order. And they short you on meat every time you order DoorDash."
