"Great place for a pit stop on the motorcycle. Great place to hang out after work. Amazing pizza. My club has held events there, and they are always very accommodating. Stopping here is a must when riding through Taylorsville. They may even have a good band playing."

"The service was lacking tonight. After taking our initial order, our server never came back to our table to check in on us. When the runner brought out our food, which was slow to come out, we asked her for refills on her drinks, and she said she would let our server know, but we still did not get refills. I actually had to go up to the bar myself and spoke to another server to get drink refills and our check because at that point, we were ready to go home. The check was brought to our table, and then I took it back up to the bar to be paid. Our server never acknowledged me or thanked us for coming or anything. Even if a restaurant has a busy night or they are short staffed, I always try to be understanding of that. However, when your server totally ignores you, that's a different story."

"Great place. I have crazy dietary restrictions, and the young ladies happily worked with me. (In fairness, I do try to eat out at slow times, so that I am not inconveniencing other patrons.) The portion was generous and delicious. And seasoned to keep my cardiologist happy. My only problem is that the restaurant is located on a route I only use infrequently...and that I could smell the aroma of all the tasty Italian foods I can no longer eat! But still remember from back when I could eat them!"

"Wife and I went without the kids for dinner at the bar. I got wings and fries, and she got the gyro. The food was really good, the beers were fairly priced, and the staff was prompt and friendly. Thanks for a very nice night out!"

"Cool little hole in the wall corner pub. But wait that's not all lol. Looks may be deceiving. From the outside it may look to some people like an old gas station which it is but once you are on the inside you'll find that this place is "cool". First time I had ever been here and I was here with my wife who had never been here before and my mother in law who had but a long time ago. We started outside under where the old gas pumps would have been but makes for a perfect outside eating area, who knew. We ordered the crab dip for an appetizer which wasn't all that different from other crab dips that I've had elsewhere but came with toasted bread pieces and was still very tasty. After we finished this the mother in law and the wife got cold so we moved the party inside and the wait staff told us to pick a table anywhere we'd like. Once seated we received our meals promptly from a nice gentleman employee who I later had a very nice conversation with. The only food that I was able to get pics of was mine due to my co patrons being to hungry to wait lol. The old bay wings were tasty and very crispy "cooked to perfection" and the sweet potato fries I'd say probably the best I've ever had. My mother in law got a steak and cheese sub which she said was very good, made to order and so big she could only finish half. My wife had a crab cake which was big and obviously homemade, I stole a piece, it was very meaty and not filled with a bunch of bread like a lot of other restaurants. Before we left I spoke with the gentleman who brought our food and I thought it was and he confirmed that the place was recently remodeled. I also want to mention that they have a very cool looking bar and on the other side of the restaurant. There was also a carry out part of the business and a liquor store as well. I probably won't be back anytime soon but only because of its location and that we were only in the area by chance anyway. If you ask me though if your in the area and Vanessa's sounds like it might be your kind of place I'd give it a try. I would also like to add that all employees adhered to the mask rule as well.
