"Stopped in for a bite and some cocktails in early February. It's a fun little place--a great addition to downtown Westminster. The Luca pizza is incredible--a must-try if you like prosciutto. We're really glad they kept the pizza oven. They have a profound and interesting cocktail menu to match their theme. My wife had the Godess and really liked it. Even on a Sunday afternoon, it was really busy. They handled the crowds well. We will definitely go back."

"This place is amazing! Our server Anna gave us incredible service and was extremely nice and welcoming! The maple bourbon pork belly bites were INSANELY GOOD! Such a great atmosphere as well. The lychee martini was so yummy! Every drink is awesome and food was amazing."

"First off, love the friendly staff and the playlist was perfect! My girlfriends and I lovvvvved the perfectly balanced espresso martinis, the clam chowder, the sexy delish meatballs and the white pizza “Quattro”. Taking the crust from the pizza and soaking up the sauce from the meatball dish just made sense (you heard it here,first ;)!!! ) The cocktail list is impressive and you bet I’m coming back to explore more food and cocktails! Also, this may sound odd but I love the easy to remember hours 2a-2p!"

"It was an immediate vibe. The decor, music, friendly guests and staff all contributed to an initial win, in my book. Then once we had the menu it was elevated beyond expectations. The drink menu has 40+ cocktail options. Must be why they are appropriately named the Liquid Library. Wine and beer on separate menus. Our server was friendly and on top of a busy new restaurant. We got several cocktails and were more than impressed. Honestly we are going to start a checklist and drink one of everything in the menu eventually. The food, beyond expectations. There isn't a big kitchen there but the flavors that hit you are as big as the building.. pizzas, with legit Italian dough, (and it's obvious) we had the Luca, and it will be hard to get a different pizza now. Overall ten stars, the owners were there directing with the experience of someone that has run a restaurant for decades. We will be back, frequently."

"Visited for soft opening. Wow, what an experience. We were greeted by a friendly staff, visited and welcomed by each owner individually. Westminster has long desired a cocktail that isn't the watered down creation of a corporate chain only offering something yummy for a premium price. Most cocktails are in the $8-12 range. We tried the pink razz lemon drop, Guava Brazilian Caipirinha, the Whistle Pig smoked old fashioned ($17) and a few others I forgot to note. Each drink was unique, flavorful, aromatic, and beautifully presented! The appetizers... Oh my gawd. Maple bacon pork belly bites were a smokey mouth-punch of flavor and a larger portion than I expected for the price. The spicy drumstick lollipops were delicious as well but lacked any spice as advertised. I would still order them again and nearly every table during my visit had themselves. The Jack Daniels kielbasa bites were also a great portion and packed full of flavor. We tried 2 of their pizzas, the Uncle Willie and the Luca. Now, the staff had explained how they'd run short the night before and they were there making fresh dough until 1 am to try to restock for today's run. This led to difficulties making the pizza today. The staff was friendly, apologetic, and communicative of the issues they were having with the dough but still delivered some amazing pizza. Both were well crafted, well designed and absolutely delicious. I can't wait until there fully open for business to frequent the establishment. We can't wait to to work further down the cocktail list and we'll definitely try the sandwiches next. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to Westminster's New shining star."
