"This place is disgusting. The windows are so moldy there's no way this place isn't a health concern. The first room we got hadn't even been touched since the previous person left. Easily got our room switched, but the next room was 'cleaned' only by the fact the bedding had been changed. Everything smelled like cheese. Nothing had been wiped, cleaned or vacuumed. I've stayed at bad motels, but I'd rate them 5/5 compared to this place. We're supposed to stay 6months? I would rather be mauled by a bear. We're stuck for tonight-- but I'll sleep in the middle of the highway before we stay a second night. Someone report this place to health and sanitation of the state!"

"Someone should check out room 145. Toilet handle is broken. Shower drain is clogged. Probably with the whoever’s hair was all over the bathroom. Stains everywhere, this room hasn’t been cleaned since the building was built. Smells like someone smokes a carton of cigarettes every night in the room. They had a nice ice skating rink outside which was cool… no wait. That’s the parking lot they also don’t take care of."

"Other than the price, everything else is a joke. Old stinky furniture, moldy looking stains in the bath tub. Paper think walls and doors. You can literally hear people across your room when they walk around in the other room. To-go breakfast is a joke, looks like someone raided an old pantry and threw stuff around. You hear angry pets left over all day in other rooms. Outside temperature was below freezing and there was no comforter or a duvet in the room. Had to ask multiple times before I got one. The kitchen has no utensils, you have to request a set and it may or may not turn up. Do yourself a favor and pay another 10 bucks per night and get the Sonesta on the same street."

"It took TWO whole hours to get into a room. From 11pm to 1am. The initial room I was given, the refrigerator was dirty, microwave didn’t work, tub dirty, dried up what looked like blood was on the wall and the sofa sleeper was broken and for it to be a non smoking room you could smell that someone had been smoking in the room as well as from the hallways. The overnight attendant that initially checked me in was nice, but once i requested a new room that attendant was gone and the new person was not pleasant at all. There ended up being a group of people in there as well that you could clearly tell were intoxicated and they seemed to be giving her a semi hard time. Instead of accommodating me due to the inconvenience with some sort of discount/upgrade (something) she just put me back into the initial room that was horrible. Because it was so late, I endured it, but I would not recommend this location at all. Not even to a homeless person. I would really like to speak to corporate. Worst stay of my life."

"The location gets five stars because it's conveniently close to the Baltimore and DC area. I stayed here on business for 3 months and I would say the overall experience was okay. Although the rooms could use some updated furniture the amenities they have were clean. No bugs were found and all utilities such as shower, sink, tub and toilet works properly. I am used to more upscale brand suites with more plush bedding, pools, lounges and etc so naturally I felt the shock of the lesser but for the length of stay and price I cannot complain since my focus of the trip as I did have the basic housing necessities. If the furniture could be updated I believe that would make the stay a lot more pleasant as the room is a decent size, kitchen is great but the decor is lacking. Overall, I would advise the normal traveler looking for something upscale or more modern this isn't for you. This is for someone staying 2 weeks or more but not within a 5 star budget. I stress this is a no frills studio apartment but decent for the price vs. lenght of stay. I guess that's the logistics of keeping the price low."
