"My wife and I had the pleasure of using Union Mills Public House for our wedding. Niko, Mary, and the rest of their staff did a fantastic job from start to finish. This beautiful venue offers a spacious indoor area for a reception and/or ceremony. The patio space along Carroll Creek is great for a cocktail hour, it by far exceeded all expectations. And most importantly, the food and drinks are absolutely amazing. Thanks to the entire Union Mills team for helping make our day so special."

"We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Union Mills in September 2023. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond. The food was outstanding - all of our guests raved about the appetizers, entrees and drinks. And the staff was incredibly attentive. Niko and Mary, the owners, were a joy to work with and made planning our wedding so fun and enjoyable. "Wow! The only word we can use to describe our experience with Union Mills Public House! Hands down, Niko and Mary know exactly what they are doing! They have created an absolutely breath-taking venue! While in the beginning of planning our wedding. We viewed a few different options in the Frederick area. However, none gave us love at first sight quite like Union Mills Public House. The most amazing thing about this space is you can let the beauty speak for itself! Not only is the space beautiful, Niko's catering service was the absolute cherry on top! We met with Niko and told him what we were looking for and he took our vision and ran. He created an incredible menu that will not soon be forgotten. Our guests are still raving about the food! The best part is, he only works with fresh ingredients! "We got married on 10.21.23 and had a great experience hosting our wedding at Union Mills. We began working with Niko back before the space was open - we knew the vibe of the venue was really going to fit what we were going for. We had some hiccups with communication here and there but everything worked out so well. Make sure that if you are renting outside items you coordinate with Niko and his team, because sometimes vendors may need to drop off and pick up on the same day. Niko is an AMAZING chef. He designed a perfect menu for us, and the tasting and day of were both so perfect. Billy also made us two delicious signature cocktails. The staff were so attentive, all night if one of them walked by me they asked if I needed anything and were just so sweet. I'm so thrilled with the way our wedding turned out, it was everything we pictured it would be."

"I have nothing but good things to say about Union Mills and its owner Niko when it came to our wedding day. Back in March 2022 I found union mills when it was nothing but gravel and brick walls, but Niko was amazing and shared the vision for the space and I knew that it was going to be my wedding venue. Fast forward to 8/18/23 and we had the most amazing day. Niko was so responsive through the whole process and really put me at ease. Him and his team went above and beyond to make my day absolutely everything I dreamed of. Union mills also did the catering and it was the best wedding food my guests have had from what we heard. From cocktail hour and the passed apps to the seated meal, it was all delicious and seamless! We had around 170 guests and used the main area as well as the cider room and creekside area for our wedding and it was all perfect. Def a great wedding option in Frederick offering the most space of any venue that isn’t a barn! Lol 10/10 would recommend"
