Fourth Dimension Fun Center

"We were there for an adult's birthday party with about 15-17 people. The party part was so much fun!! We really enjoyed bowling. The food was really good and our waitress did her very best. However, a party of this size all had their food before we had anything to drink (and we just ordered sodas). It was unbelievable to the point that the manager brought us some pitchers of water and cups, but not enough for everyone. It leaves me wondering where exactly the sodas come from because it was very apparent that the servers didn't get them. If it was the bartenders who were standing around and talking to customers and doing a lot of nothing, that is very disappointing. I am not sure where the disconnect is from placing drink orders to actually getting a soda, but man was it frustrating. Look at your systems and do better!! You have an amazing establishment that should be on top of its game!"

"I would have given 5 stars but we had a bad experience with a manager named Dianne. Fourth Dimension is so much fun for all ages and usually the staff and service is exceptional! We have had 2 birthday parties here for our kids. The first time we reserved a table, ordered food, drinks, and played games, and had cake with no issues. We were never told about a dessert fee. This second time around we reserved a table for a birthday party and nothing was mentioned about a dessert fee. Our server was very nice but at the end of the party told us there would be $15 dessert fee after we had just paid for food and drinks. We asked to speak to a manager. Here came Dianne. She was very rude. I think she was having a bad night. And if not, management should probably get rid of her, because there is no way she represents fourth dimension or the other staff or managers there. She shouldn’t be in customer service. Maybe a drill instructor would be better fitting. We explained we had been here before and never were told about a $15 dessert fee (the cake we brought in) and we were never told at any point when making the reservations. We were caught off guard. We would have been willing to pay the fee but since we hadn’t been told previously or at previous birthdays we were confused. But when Dianne was so rude and spoke to us unkindly, we were not willing to pay the fee. She made us feel like our business was not appreciated and we didn’t want to come back. Thankfully the other staff (our server and the other manager on duty) made up for Dianne’s actions. They were kind and went out of their way to help us with the party and made sure we were attended to."

"This place is so fun to come with family or friends. And just have a fun time. They have food, arcade games, a bar, sports shops, etc."

"Great food and activities. Really enjoyed the Off the Radar escape room. The male staff that I encountered were all pretty dry but the female staff were friendly and made up for it. The waitress with the colorful hair made me feel so welcomed and took excellent care of us. I'll definitely be back."
